Is it OK to be a re-seller or advertiser of others services? I have so many customers.

There's no rule against Reselling but I'd recommend that you contact the sellers regarding this before you start reselling others services.
You should also take into consideration that you'll then be a competitor to the seller who's providing you with the services which you try to sell for more than the original cost.. This could end up being useless, since most people purchase services from the cheapest provider.

I have a Bachelors degree in Business. I am only complying with this sites requirements to level up. As for competing with people I contract work out to, its call supply (THEY HAVE IT) I supply (CUSTOMERS TO FILL THE DEMAND) places where they are not. Markets they have not appealed to. Simple
Just because your a Construction Company doesn't mean you have the peoples trust to HIRE you to build their HOMES.
