Will Google de-index a site forever for using blackhat SEO tricks?

I have a friend that is doing it but he isn't really all that smart and I'm worried he might have it happen to his customers site. He doesn't really understand the dangers and says that Google can't de-index your site forever but I think hes wrong.

google will sandbox yoru site and your site willl be penalized by google if you are using Black hat seo method without proper knowlegde , Happened to my website which was recieving 2k views dailys uddenly started getting 100 - 300 views daily

I also get kicked from google when i was testing blackhat

i put 5000k panda safe backlink to a new site and google pushing it up for 4 month then they send me email say your site doing unnatural backlinking ... bla bla bla and they remove all my link from google.
there was 3000 + post .... i put those post from a old site database it was a online radio site so there was no article duplication problem ... i just overload the site with backlink .. and i have low visitor

So i do the same thing with another site and from beginning i send 2k plus visitor a day and it seem google didnt care after 8 month
So my conclusion if you have real visitor the you can do blackhat backlink ... normally you can create 100 backlink a day google didnt see that as unnatural.

Well not necessarily. You see it entirely depends on the dimension and the measure of the blackhat seo itself. Google's spiders and AI is indeed very smart. They know you can and will make noob mistakes for going FREE 43059 visitors and they might consider you for once but does not happen every time. Repeat the same mistake again and again you get blacklisted and if the method is very very unethical/unnatural you will be sandboxed and kept up in a place of no return :|
