I guess being an SEO expert is not an easy thing. You have to study very well the mechanics of all the major search engines particularly Google, Yahoo, and Bing. They have different algorithm which means their way of evaluating or rating the website are not the same. The website can get a good position in the search list of Google but maybe not the same in Bing or in Yahoo. I am not saying that you can be an SEO specialist by reading the discussions in this site but it will definitely give you a good idea of how to go about being an SEO specialist.
