Search engines may take upto 6 months to index your website. Therefore, when you launch your website, you should always submit to various search engines. When you submit your website to the search engines, your website will be indexed fast. If you have valuable contents, over the days, your rank will also improve. Submitting your website to search engines, which is usually referred as piging, is very effecting to rank a new website.
