    If you force cancel an order is does have a negative affect on your rating. I would suggest before doing that try and contact the buyer and see what details can be workied out to cancel mutually. Otherwise contact support if you are unable to get a response and maybe they can help before you force cancel.

    If you force cancel, you will not get a thumbs down but your rating will go down. If you've already delivered the service, you can no longer mutual cancel, so then you can ask the buyer to reject your delivered work, which will bring back the option to cancel mutually.
