If you want good quality backlinks then it is better if you work on it by yourself. Go to a popular blog and read one entry where you can post a comment. Make the comment interesting and good enough to be read by the general public. Your comment will include your link that is in your signature. If the blog is getting thousands of traffic every day then that backlink you made there is considered quality backlink.
