HELP!! help me with this buyer!!!what must i do?

at first i give him alink tinyurl.com/bklablabla its the first time my buyer said that its not working!! so i check it but its still work so to make it easy i just attached the file there but he STILL REJECT WITH THE SAME REASON Link not working!!! its crazy i have attach and he still use that link!!
what do you think about this buyer? do you think he only want to get free stuff and reject my delivered stuff and get his money back with that stuff? please tell me what must i do?
