Related to user level?. Level 2 and 3 please help!!

Dear level 2's and 3's, I have literally completed all the requirements of being level 2 but still i have not been promoted to level 2. I have completed 19 orders so far. No spam, no infractions and i have answered and asked 20 in FAQ.
Please help... Can i send a ticket to admin here?.. demanding my Level 2?
Will they ban me if i send a ticket to them???
Please help!!!

You have to pass through following Requirements:-

Completed 10 Orders on time
Have a 90% rating or higher
Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
Login Often (once per 14 days)
Account is at least 7 days old
Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old

Have you done all the above requirements.

This will really help you go to user level options in the bottom of the screen and see what are the requirements that you need to jump to the next level. Just fulfill that and you will be automatically taken to the next level. It is really helpful.

if you promoted to level 2 so you completed all the seoclerk requirements in level 2.
if you promoted to level 3 so you completed all the seoclerk requirements in level 3.
