How to add reply after buyer leaves review?

I see some sellers have replies on the buyer's comments.
But I don't see any option in "manage sales" page.
Any ideas?

Go to https://www.seoclerks.com/manage_services and click on service where buyers left a feedback now check footer you got your feedbacks there and in the right side of feedback you see a option "reply" click on that and say what you want to tell them. hope this helps.

You Can Simply Go To Your Gig On Which THe Buyer Has Given The Positive Feedback And Right With His Positive Feedback There Will Be An Option For Reply !
