    Google panda and penguin are two pets of Google what they do :
    Panda effect those sites which contain copied content, using badly optimized themes, and those who use black hat seo etc.

    Penguin effect those sites who use black hat method to increase their traffic, using of hidden text, over optimized anchor text, not written correctly !

    What they do to sites containing above things:
    Can decrease alexa rank
    Can decrease Google search results
    Can effect site traffic etc.
