Nobody wants to give you any ideas....
Scrapebox is mainly a blog commenting automated software so I suggest you takeit from there and expend to gov/edu high pr low obl etc backlinks creations
PS Scrapebox worked well in the past at this moment it is highly innefective as most blog comments are nofollow and have huge obl
