Different domain uses same content for single business will affect each other?

I do SEO for a site.

The sites' content is also used with other domain named sites by the site owner(In which non of the sites does not have any backlinks, except the one i'm working)

And these domains linked to my site at some inner pages(from the same page of every site)

My question is does these kind of (additional)website will affect my websites' performance?

In detailed explanation: ONE website server file(with content) - with fixed(linked to my site only) inner(content) links - pointed by different domain names(every inner page have its URL from each individual root name) will affect my major site..

No dear "Inner linking" will not effect your site performance. inner linking is only for providing some traffic to your site. there is no connection of blackhat SEO with inner linking to your site

I am not sure, but I think of two different domains use same contents, even if the contents are related to the same business, it will affect the website ranking and over all performance of the website. First of all the contents on the second site will be considered duplicate, even plagiarize, because similar contents already exist online. The website with duplicate contents and plagiarized contents will never get good ranking. It would be even worst if both of the sites use the same design.
