    I have ScrapeBox which can do that, but it's often not really worth doing. You can find those sites in Google by the ones that are ranking top. Those top ranking sites will be the same ones any tool or service finds and if they do find any more that aren't ranking top, you probably wouldn't want a link from them anyway. They can tell you lots of stuff about those sites which can be useful but you're much better off searching for and visiting those sites that rank high that are related and relevant to your niche or industry. You can also find a lot of great sites much more quickly and find people to network and collaborate with that you can use to build high quality, relevant backlinks on. I only really used to use ScrapBox back in the day for things but still have it and still sometimes find it use for it in someway it can really help in lots of ways and has many great features for SEOs and webmasters. It's called the all in one SEO Swiss army knife for that reason I'm glad I have it for life.
