    i want to know about my account got any infractions plz explain me

    without details can't say anything but you can see some infraction if  you have on your profile display. Just click on your on the top inside the balance and scroll down you will see your infraction just before your gig in a new section.

    And for more information you should give details of what you have done against the rules of seoclerks.

    you can get email if you have any infraction
    even if you your rating not 100% then you should understand that you break the rules of seoclercks

    first point to identify  infraction see your rating percentage. if it is less than 100% you are under problem in rules and regulations.
    also check the seoclerks e mail for identify infraction.
    also you can submit a ticket or custom support to identify infraction
