What is meaning of Infractions? How to remove them?

Today I saw in my profile 2 Infractions? What is that?

An infraction is our way of warning you that you have done something against our TOS. Instead of outright banning you like most sites, we give an infraction first with the hope that you will not break the rules again. If you have an active infraction, your account will not be able to level up. Infractions are logged in your account and expire after a preset number of days.

An infractino is when you do something against the terms and policies of the site and you will receive a message on what the infraction is. If you hae questions on why you got one you can always contact customer support for help.

infraction point mean you will not lvl up your profile and rate go down .
