    For user there is no difference, but when search engine crawler reads the sites id does not follow that links.Also  nofollow links does not increase rank of target site.

    do follow will let google to review/detect it. Nofollow outbound links at your site and Dofollow inbound link to your site is good for your seo.

    dofollow is best more nofollow it improve ur webpages at seo 
    dofollow link is hyperlinked text you can goto next webpage just in single click
