    The best place where you can learn more about WP is (http)://wordpress.(org)/support/ but on internet exist more sites with tutorials who explain what to do on different situations. In my opinion, an forum is the best option because more users can came with tips.

You can also learn about setting up wordpress website from your web host, if you have any. If you cannot follow the DIY articles, you can check video tutorials on youtube.
