    NO, multi accounts is not allowed. It is better to have one account so that you can build higher reputation. Higher reputation equals more sale.

    It Depends For What Purpose You Want More Then One Account, If You Want To Have Sales With You Two Accounts And Reach Level 3 On Both Accounts, Then I Think Its Not A Problem, But If You Are Creating Them To Broke The TOS Rules, Such As Purchasing Own Services And Giving Feedback And Commenting Or Spamming Then Its Strickly Not Allowed, If You Are Doing This For Sales And Not For Spamming, Then You Should Not Create More Then 2 Accounts, If Its Really Necessary,Then It Will Not Be Big Problem, But Frankly Speaking There No Need Of 2 Accounts When You Can Do All The Work With One Accounts..!

    It's not possible. You just aren't allowed to create multiple accounts. If you do, you risk your accounts getting suspended or banned.

    It depends for what purpose you want more then one account, if you want to have sales with you two accounts and reach level 3 on both accounts, then i think its not a problem, but if you are creating them to broke the rules than problem accour. 
    there no need of 2 accounts when you can do all the work with one accounts..!
