    Does Ezines Provide Much Link Juice ?

    Hello,

    I am having a discussion with a friend of mine about using Ezines for link juice, does it actually help for the link or would it mostly benefit as a means of getting traffic ?

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    These are something that used to be quite popular, but they're pretty useless these days, so while it won't necessarily hurt you to submit your links, they won't help you either.

    This depends on the ranking of ezines. If they ezine has high rank in search engines, it will provide you a quality backlink, however, if the ezine is lowly ranked, it will not give you much benefit. backlinking from poor sites is as bad as not having backlinks. Therefore, if you are using ezine for backlinking purpose, you should check the authoritativeness of the ezines (for instance search engines index, social signals, domain authority etc.)
