Why do i need answer at least 10 words?

Today i wanted answer for one of my questions, so i just wanted say:,, Thx so much for answer" and heheh it doesn't let me to do so, with saying :,, you have to enter at least 10 words" damn so i was wrote something more but is it alright ? I think this could be changed from the settings in forum.

This is to STOP one word posting and SPAM in other words. I think adding few more words take seconds although have a little bad taste

The 10 word limit is to avoid crappy answers being posted. "Thx so much for answer" is not a valid answer regardless as it's not an answer.
