Page rank is important when backlinking. Choose high page rank sites to get backlinks from. Don't skimp on quality, even if it takes more time and effort to get those backlinks.

Page Rank is the positioning of your website in Search Engine Results Page. There are various things that determine your rank in the search results. Your website may appear on the first page or on the 100th page. You can improve your website page rank through SEO. If your website does not have a good positioning on search engine result page, you might never get a good traffic. When you have no traffic from search engine you will not make substantial sales.

I just recently understood that the Page rank of Google is like an index that can affect the actual results of the search list. That means if your website has a high rank in the Google’s page rank then you tend to be in a good position in the search list. And if that is the case then your website has a greater chance of getting new visitors that are searching for the niche of your website. Don’t ask me how to get a higher position in the Page rank. Try to study the discussions in this site about SEO. That is the lesson to learn.
