If you feel the negative feedback was given unfairly, you might try contacting support and asking them to review your work versus the negative feedback, and ask tyhem to remove it.
In some cases, they can remove the negative feedback if they feel you really did do the best you could.
Otherwise, you will just have to accept that not everyone will be happy with your work and continue to do the best job you can
