With the mention of rank, it means a position in a ladder which means it can go down and it can go up. If you take into consideration the reasons for a Page rank to go up then just the opposite will make the position go down in the Page rank. For example, a unique content that is frequently uploaded can help your website get a better ranking. Now, if you do not upload unique contents frequently or what you are uploading are not really unique contents then that may be a reason for the sliding down of the website’s ranking in Google’s Page Rank.
