How to create a Subscription ?

Hello ,
I'm xTaha , A designer and a freelancer on seoclerks.com .
I received a message from a customer asking me to pay me monthly for some youtube thumbnails , I accepted his request but I would like to create a subscription to make that easier , I know that seoclerks let us create a subscription but I don't know how ? Can someone please help me to create a subscription for this ?

Tick the option "Set as subscription".
