Many people make millions of dollars by Flipping a site. Is it still a profitable business in 2021 -2022

I don't think the average person can make millions of dollars from flipping websites.

There are tons of people on these site selling marketplaces to compete with.

Anyone can throw up a half baked site and stick a price tag on it. That doesn't mean that site will sell.

You may however be referencing the practice of purchasing an already active website and then flipping it quickly to earn a profit.

So that indicates you would need money up front to finance the purchase.

Earning money from selling websites, especially if you start from scratch is a long and arduous process.

And if you don't have money to purchase essential site services such as article writing, SEO and other promotion services, then you will be doing that all yourself.
