hello i have order from 1 SEO seller from germany, i have order 2 of his services. i have done order from him many timess already. But about this last 2 job he did wrong, and sent me the wrong report, but i have clicked wrong to complete the work and payment to him. i have sent him a message to repair of the job that he did wrong, he said it okay but until 2 week he not repair it for me. He said to me working on it but i wait 2 week he never sent the report. i have been waiting without do anything for my links. so make me feel disappointed
is there anyone have ever got problems same like me in seoclerk ???
can i report the seller to the seoclerk because of this problem ?

1. If you see any problem from seller, First contact the seller. Tell him for fix it + warning him from you
2. If you see not progress contact the support they will investigate the issue
3. If it is seller problem, you will get money back :) + support give warning the seller
