permanent featured related some things

Only senior stuff or top level seller answers.
I featured my service many time ago but then i knew this is not legal featured because featured was not show on my gigs.Then i trying for permanent featured but it's not available now.
I saw some higher service always on top the marketplace
my question is how can i put my service top on the marketplace.

For you to be able to feature your service permanently you have to be watchful. The permanent feature has slots; when the slots have finished you will not be able to order permanent feature anymore. We have some sellers who have been ordering for permanent feature and they always do every 31 days. In short, you need to be alert and constantly checking for the time the slots will be available. You can always order when it is available.
