I guess you just have to be doing what you are currently doing. And if you were not doing anything then that is a puzzle. Anyway, the uploading of contents is one of the most important factors for the SEO capability of your website. It’s difficult to maintain the good ranking but you can use keywords to help the contents. There is also the technique of spreading your backlinks to get new visitors that will increase your merits for a higher page ranking.
