Optimizing for Bing, Yahoo or other search engines is no different from optimizing for Google. Keywords usage, backlinks, site design, unique contents, site loading speed will matter in every search engine when it comes to SEO. The only difference is the keywords metrics. The keyword that is moderately searched on Google could be getting high hits on Googe.

I agree with the comment above by @Vinaya that the SEO work you are doing will apply not only to Google but also to the other search engines. There is no need to focus on a particular search engine when doing SEO work. What’s important is that you are doing the proper SEO work which is legit and not susceptible to penalties.
