How can i edit my feedback response for buyer?

Hello Seoclerk/Iconicware community.

Can anyone tell me how can i edit/change my feedback response for buyer?

If anyone tells me i would really appreciate that.

Looking for some professional answers.

Hi sanseraservices, you may edit your rating in the following way.

Navigate to the service page where your review is located.
Click to the reviews tab,
Click three horizontal dots above your review
Choose edit and fill in the new rating
Click edit to confirm.

You can only change the review for a limited time once order completes.
If you want your review removed, you should contact support for help.

I won't get any option to edit by clicking on the 3 dot horizontal tab.

Isn't a reason that's for limited time ?

Hi, yes there is a limited time during which you can edit the rating/review, typically 20 days.

In regards to why there is a limited time to add new or edit existing rating.

About five years ago, there was a situation where a buyer rated about 100 old orders as negative as revenge for a seller cancelling one order. At that time, the system was changed so that buyers and sellers have only a limited time to rate an order or edit the existing rating.
