    How to refund client payment after bad feedback on seoclerk?

    Hi,
    I want to know, if any client give me a bad feedback then how can I removed? There are any way to remove bad feedback such as payment refund. 
    Please share details.

    Hi Subornaph

    Your Client can Edit the Negative reviews to Positive reviews if they want it.
    What you have to do is Make the Client that gives you bad review Happier and ask him to change his review.
    Maybe giving free services, or talk politely, or do some revision on your last project with him.

    There are no option to remove your bad feedback but you can request to change the feedback.
