Someone Inbox me Then Said Interested, But Leave me with no Order

Hi Everyone

I Have Some Buyer here Inbox Me Then Said "Interested in your Whiteboard Animation Video For Explainer Service"
And he said he wants to See Some Sample, So I send them my last work with my client

And after a few days, I check the message. Buyer read This Message but Leave me No Message and No Order
What do you Think about this situation?

Usually it is happening with all. I got many buyers like this but keep trust upon you and answer everyone. May some of them will buy your service. Some buyers have low budget and not able to decide what they need to be do with their budget.

Hey Rehiga,

This is pretty typical and these people are called "Tire Kickers". The term "Tire Kickers" comes from a car dealership when a person is outside looking at the cars, kicking the tires, and doesn't really have an intention to buy. When someone kicks the tire, they're not checking the tire pressure (because it's impossible to do it that way) and it's a sign to the salespeople that the person they're about to talk to likely won't turn into a customer.

Now, you can still turn these people into customers over time, you just can't be pushy, so pretend they're children that you're not trying to anger lol. Talk to them professionally, never spam them with comments or emails, and let them come around to purchase your service. I've actually seen a few tire kickers come back to my service and buy from me 6+ months after our first engagement, which is a long time for them to come back, but I was still here when they needed me

Instead of posting your samples on Behance and sending people there, why not embed the videos into your service description or upload them directly? This way the potential buyer will never leave the site, they will read through your entire service, they will watch your videos, and they will be able to make a purchase much easier since they never left your service
