Paypal Balance Withdraw 2019

hi
I create a PayPal account without a philiphine bank card. I use Sri Lankan bank card
but now PayPal removes all bank cards. I have some dollars but I can't withdraw it. please help.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I think you are supposed to have only one PayPal account. Contact the customer service and close the other account if you have any or check if the issue is with using cards from different countries. Good Luck.
