You Can Promote It By Making And Uploading Videos To Youtube Etc, Also By By Putting Its Link On Other Forums And Some Social Media Sites, Also From Twitter And Facebook....!

I think the best way to promote your forum is in other forums. There are forums for promoting forums, I just forgot how they are called. Readers of those forums are forum habitues so you get a good chance of new visitors to your forum. And if your forum is interesting to them then you get a new member of the community. Social media is also another way to get new members although social media is very general in membership that’s why the probability is smaller than when you promote in other forums.
