It depends on CPC of keywords you're tageting. If you earn $1 from one click, then you need only 100 clicks to meet your goal.

Your adsense earning depends on the ad clicks. You will earn from adsense only when someone organically clicks your ads. How much you earn depends on how much your ads worth. In other words, how much you will earn from each ad click depends on how much money the advertisers have allowed on each ad. If the advertiser has allotted 1 cent for one click, there need 10K clicks to earn $100.

This is the best response,making$100 a day is no child's play but it doable.You need to strategies well to be able to achieve this.So summarily with 10 cents per click.you need
10k people a day to click on your ads to make that amount daily.

Here is my rough estimate. According to one contestant in Asia’s Got Talent, he was able to build a house for his family from the earnings of his video on YouTube. That video was his performance in the said tv show. The views are in millions and he was getting tens of thousands of views a day. That means you need 10k views in a day to earn $100. I hope that helps although I know it’s not easy to get that amount of views unless your video goes viral. And that would also apply to a website or a blog.
