    When you have placed an order for any freelancer- there have an option to complete the works within some few days. When the freelancer will finish the work than the dollar will go to freelancer account.

    Maximum 5 days after you pass the order as a completed- the dollar will go to freelancer pocket.

    It looks like you got a clear and succinct answer to your question. Maybe some others who consistently use the site will weigh in with information. It can be frustrating not to know if a payment has cleared with anything.

    There are companies that pays on time but I have experienced a rather frustrating system of paying their salaries. An order takes 15 days to be paid out and you have to wait another 10days before it goes to your paypal account. It takes 25 days before you receive the money so say the least. Sometimes it takes 28 to 30 days because of the bank linked in your paypal account.
