    You can. Page Rank has nothing to do with Traffic. I had a forum which was PR0 and received about 6,000-10,000 Unique Visitors per day mostly from Google Search.

    I agree that page rank is not the only way to get traffic. With the ways and means available to website owners, my best recommendation is the social media to do the marketing. Posting the link of your website in social media networks can get instant traffic. Although it is easier said than done, you can promote your website relentlessly in Facebook, Twitter and in other social media network if you are creative enough. Just be aware that simple posting repeatedly is considered spamming and you wouldn’t like to be tagged a spammer in social media.

    Yes This Is Possible To Get High Traffic, You Can Get High Traffic To Your Site By Promoting It To Different Sites,
    You Can Promote Your Site On Facebook,Twitter Etc...!

    yes you can. In order to do this, you will have to generate traffic from social media sites such as social networks, social bookmarking sites or forums, and blogs. In order to do that you will have to be very active on these sites, have many followers and share your contents frequently.
