    In my tweets, I include links back to my website. However, my Google Webmaster Tools only shows 1 backlink from my Twitter profile. I do get retweeted. My conclusion is that links in tweets and retweets are not credited as backlinks by Google.

    Hi, google does counts twitter and tweet posted links as backlinks.
