    Maybe I am guessing but the say I understood the term bad website neighborhood is that the websites are either engaged in illegal activities or immoral activities like pornographic sites or even gambling sites. I have come across a pornographic site by accident and after checking the interior, I found out that they have cross-links with each other which appeared that they are websites interconnected with each other. That’s my example of a bad neighborhood.
