There's no real way to prevent that. But to lessen your chances of getting banned be sure that you're having good human-readable content posted to your blog, instead of just some computer gibberish. Also, yu should avoid accepting content from these paid blog networks coz Google has been sniffing them out and hitting them hard. If a post on your blog does contain a paid link then it is safest to set it as nofollow to avoid Google penalties.
