When it comes to landing your ideal job, a resume is what sets you apart in the beginning. Setting up a resume website to land your ideal job is a lot easier than you think, you just need a basic setup and you're good to go!
A resume type website should be all about you and nothing else. Don't treat this like a blog where you can post about your day to day experiences or even where you go on vacation. An employer only wants to know your work experience, goals you've set for yourself and references.
A good example of this is when a friend of mine told me about a position at a multi million dollar corporation that was basically an on page SEO position to help optimize their clients websites as they signed on. The pay was pretty high for what I would have to be doing and all the clients websites were on WordPress lol. So what did I do? Well I purchased a WordPress resume theme and set it up for my application 
I configured it so that everything worked and all my plugins were active. I optimized all of the pages so that anyone with basic SEO knowledge would know what keywords I was trying to rank for, which were my name, obviously. I then added a lot of information about my past experiences and how well I know WordPress, I mean come on... It was a WordPress resume theme showing how well I know how to use WordPress that I was adding to my application to land a nice job as a WordPress optimizer
Fast forward a week and I'm not done with the website and got a call back from the company. They were thoroughly impressed with my "resume" even though I didn't submit anything besides a URL for them to click through to and check out lol. The hiring director told me that I was the only one that did this and everyone else submitted actual resumes of what they could do, and that I easily stood out from the 124 other applicants I was told that my experience is much higher than the pay scale of the position, but I wasn't too worried because anything over 50k I would have taken since it was an easy job lol. But the numbers I was told by my friend were way off and I was offered 28k :'( Now to most people that's not a bad price, but if you do the math that's around $75 a day, and I'm already making more than that working for myself. If I had all my services and systems 100% passive and automated then I would have jumped on the 28k offer because I could have worked my way up to $150 and maybe $200 a day, but it just wasn't worth it at the time
The above example is my own and it could vary for everyone else. I myself had to turn down the job because I am currently working full time and making more than what they could offer me. Of course I could have taken the job and busted my @$$ to work my way to the top, but there was no guarantee in that and I could have been getting paid 28k for the entire time.
By setting up a resume website I was able to market to not only this one company, but dozens of other ones looking to fill similar positions. I only had to make the website once and I was done with it, I did have a resume on hand that I could hand people in person and a digital one anyone could download from the website, but it wasn't always needed
If you're thinking outside of the box by setting up a WordPress resume theme on your hosting, you will get noticed much easier than someone just submitting a file to an application

How do I establish the keyword? Considering that Google Adwords is currently not working for me. Yours is a true case of experiences vs skills. You have the right skills for the job. But no employer will pay you enough. I can totally relate. This is very inspiring. Please share the link to your Resume. So that we can do the same. Also, what are the basic SEO skills or tricks one can do on a basic one page. Just to increase the ranks. From your statement above, it's like one is supposed to rank for one specific keyword?
