Using webinars for your business is on the rise when it comes to online marketing. Now there aren't a whole lot of people using webinars for business, but the numbers are increasing year after year because people are slowly realizing that they work well for a wide variety of products or services. One reason webinars are great is because if someone registers to view it live, but misses it due to something coming up in their personal life, they can watch a recorded version of it. This basically means that you're not losing any leads that sign up since they can always come back and watch, which might turn them into a client

Webinars are becoming more and more popular because they are pretty much free to do. All you need is the equipment and a place to host the video and you're good to go There are some third party services that cost a few bucks to do this, but it's very reasonably priced since you could be making thousands per webinar and only paying $50 to host one of your live sessions lol.

1. Your Potential Reach
It doesn't matter how much money you're making or how big your company is, with webinars you can reach the majority of your clientele with ease. You can potentially reach anyone in the world when you are running a webinar because you can use advertising methods such as PPC on Facebook to pull them in. Who doesn't have a Facebook account, right? You can turn your small local digital agency into a world wide booming agency with authority if you launch a few webinars that help people out and then pitch your services at the end

2. Save Money On Marketing and Advertising
When you're running a webinar, you're advertising yourself to complete strangers. People want to see someone and talk to them rather than see an email with a decent amount of content. There have been plenty of times I've had clients want to sit down with me prior to signing up just to see who I am and not to go over what the work was about. People will more willingly sign up with you if they can see your face and know you're a human being, not just an email lol. For this reason, webinars are amazing at closing deals with people you wouldn't be able to have a sit down with. They see your face, hear your voice and see how you act in real time and they evaluate you based on that and not what your service involves, usually.

Since webinars are usually pretty cheap and have a good ROI, you're saving money with each one you launch. You could launch a PPC campaign and send people right to your sales page and get a few sign ups, but your ROI wouldn't even be close to what your webinar can achieve. There have been people who have invested $500 into a webinars advertising campaign and pulled in $50,000 for just one video. Do you think you could do that with a PPC campaign sending traffic right to a sales page? If you said "YES!" then I need to know your secret lmao

3. Your Webinars Can Be Your Product
Many people complain that they don't have a product, but you can actually sell webinars as an informational product to people wanting to learn. You can set up a membership website that has hundreds of your webinars, that were previously recorded, uploaded into the members dashboard. After they sign up they will be able to go through each webinar and see what it has to say. I've seen some successful websites do this because instead of a text based tutorial on how to do things they will actually use webinars with a split screen and talk to people as they walk them through whatever it is they're talking about. With this method you get the personal interactions as well as the knowledge of how to do something.

Of course you'll have to run some webinars that give some information away for free, but that's just the fishing lure that brings in the fish to your membership websites

4. Webinars Build Email Lists
Using webinars for your business is a proven low cost method in order to build your email lists. Building your email lists by using webinars is a great thing to do because you can literally get emails out to all those sign ups every time you have a new webinar launching. Talk about limited spots available when you have a new one coming out and people will flock to you to learn something new you have to say

If you do webinars for long enough you will have a pretty large email list of people who are fighting over spots in each of your webinars

That's just recurring sales at it's finest right there

5. Webinars Help You Become The Authority
When you're launching webinars, free or paid, you will look like the authority within your niche. This is simply due to the fact that not many people are launching webinars and now you come out of nowhere giving away information about your niche or a method for anyone to use. By using webinars when not many people are, you can brand yourself as a leader and people will follow every word you say. If you say that your $500 service is worth it's weight in gold, they will likely believe you if you can speak well. Now I'm not saying to start up a webinar and you'll make $500 per sign up, because that probably won't happen. You'll need a good service to back it up in order to keep them signed up at $500 a month.

6. Nice Passive Income
When you are recording a webinar that is live, you're marketing yourself as a leader like we discussed. Now all those people who watched what you have to say know the benefits of working with you, but what about the ones who didn't get a chance to sign up? Well now they can watch your recorded videos that are hosted somewhere and this means you have a passive income funnel

The recorded webinar videos will sell for you and you don't have to do anything except talk to the people via email or chat when they decide they want to sign up with you

7. Webinars Build Customer Loyalty
When you're running a webinar you're going to attract new customers, that's why you're likely doing it lol. Webinars are also a great way to keep your current customers happy with new content. You can email all of your current customers and give them first dibs at your webinars, which they'll love. Afterwards you can start filling in the rest of the slots with people who could potentially turn into customers. By doing this you're showing your current customer base that you're giving them priority. They will see and understand what you're doing and be more loyal because you're thinking of them first. By doing this you will also get a lot of referrals from your current clientele because they will be more than happy to say some kind words to their friends and family about you

In Conclusion:
There are so many reasons why you should be using webinars for your business such as new client engagement, increasing the size of your email lists, turning spectators into new clients and building your business overall. Webinars for business is one of the best marketing tactics anyone can use since it's almost untouched by the majority of people out there

Don't get left in the dust by your competition because you don't want to take the time to record a 10 minute video in order to pull in new clients

Thank you Razzy. I didn't really know much about Webinar except that it's highly interactive and good to use due to that. We all know that clients love the seller-buyer type of interactions because it shows commitment and certain engagement from our side.

I really like the fact that the Webinars are recorded and that people can view the videos even when it isn't currently live. That saves a lot of time and is extremely convenient for marketing purposes.

I do imagine that if you want to start making these videos/conferences that you have to be a very good, or at least, a decent speaker though?

I think we can give a better exposure if we conduct an event in the real life. W can even sell our products in a webinar. We don't need to worry about the things like marketing or attracting people by different strategies. A webinar can build a good relation between us and our customers. It is a new trending way to attract people to your business.

I particularly think that webinars can fit into any type of online business.

I also believe that webinars are strategic tools for engaging with a public and stand out from the competition. Today webinars are one of the best ways to market content and anyone who enjoys this strategy as soon as possible will have a better chance of success.

This webinar reminds me of the days when the Tupperware products were a hit. The seller will invite people for a product demonstration at home that comes with refreshments. The participant has no obligation whatsoever. Aside from the free snacks, there’s also a giveaway product for everyone. And to top it all, there is a raffle for a grand prize that a participant may win without strings attached. With the webinar, I know there are no freebies that’s why my apprehension is the difficulty of inviting people.
