When it comes to writing a lot of content each day, you will need to speed up your typing so that it doesn't seem to take as long. If you can type 25 words a minute, that's fine, but you should be aiming for closer to 80 words per minute if you don't want blogging and content writing to take over your life lol.
Let's say you're writing up 10 articles for your blog each day and they are each 500 words long. That's not a super long article, so you should be able to get it written up in a fairly quick amount of time, but doing 10 of those might be a burden if your words per minute aren't great. If you're typing 50 words a minute, each article will take you 10 minutes to write and 10 will take you an hour and 40 minutes. Now this is great if you have everything laid out, you don't have any distractions and you can keep your focus long enough while typing out all 10 of these articles for your blog.
I'm here to tell you that this is much more difficult than it sounds. You will usually get distracted when you're writing because I know I do all the time. It could be the littlest thing from me looking at my cat while she's playing with a sock or if I'm typing something and get a sweet business idea.
Below I've gone over 7 ways to help speed up your writing so that you don't waste a ton of time 
Short and sweet If you don't see each "Publish" click as a win, then you need to rethink your approach. You're finishing some work (a step in your outline) and you're getting closer to being finished. If you don't have to be online to do your work, try disconnecting your WiFi so that you're not able to even get online.

Oh yeah I hear that! It's not really a technology that has had serious development but it is definitely improving. But I get what you mean by that, especially when it comes to writing an article on something or something like that. And there's taking voice notes, dictations, but you have to convert them to text somehow and the best way to do that is manually yourself by hand, those speech to text converters just aren't quite there yet enough to know what word a said word is no matter what accent, speed or tone of voice it was said in. Scottish or Irish or a Brummy or something! That's an accent most English people can't even determine let alone some speech to text bot! LOL :D

Yeah, true. Hey, I can clearly tell you how many times I have tried to mess with Siri on my phone and it started calling people. It surely needs time to improve, and I bet it will. Hopefully we will live to have our own Jarvis :)

Not that any of your outlined articles never tell me anything new. And I have to say, I have learned something new here myself. An insight into your mind if you will. A way and look at your own writing process. And I like how you say to put your outlines to the side for a while. I love to do that myself as I'll often think of or have things come to mind that I can include with those outlines. I like to let it sit and think about itself for a while. Kinda like when making bread, you kneed it first with baking soda and let the soda do its work before actually baking it.
And just to clarify, the speech to text software with "Dragon" in it is called Dragon Naturally Speaking. And TBH, it's alright, but takes a lot of configuring to get right. But the built in Windows 10 Speech to Text tool and Cortana Voice commands can be used to do that with and it can be tweaked and perfected by taking the speaking perfection lessons. I've started using it recently and it's quite good.

Mike. To outline or not to outline!? That is the question and I'm very glad that you've touched upon the outlining process. I was talking about this the other day on the [b]WordClerks FAQ[/b] as outlining an article is not only a super great way to help you get that article written much faster (since like you said, it lets you know what the article is going to have in it) but it can also greatly help the reader of that article if it's been outlined. Such as when using sub-headers within it so that people can easily scan for and skip to a certain section of it. As opposed to them having to read all of it just to find out it doesn't really tell them what they were looking for! :D Not that any of your outlined articles never tell me anything new. And I have to say, I have learned something new here myself. An insight into your mind if you will. A way and look at your own writing process. And I like how you say to put your outlines to the side for a while. I love to do that myself as I'll often think of or have things come to mind that I can include with those outlines. I like to let it sit and think about itself for a while. Kinda like when making bread, you kneed it first with baking soda and let the soda do its work before actually baking it. :D And just to clarify, the speech to text software with "Dragon" in it is called Dragon Naturally Speaking. And TBH, it's alright, but takes a lot of configuring to get right. But the built in Windows 10 Speech to Text tool and Cortana Voice commands can be used to do that with and it can be tweaked and perfected by taking the speaking perfection lessons.
