There’s actually no secret in getting to the first rank of the first page of Google’s search result. It is the effect of hard work. The continual updating of the webpages for contents, the adding of tags or keywords, the spreading or the backlinks and, not to forget, the continuous promotion of your website in any which way of marketing that you know. Being ranked #1 is no secret and no luck either. You have to work for it and in fact, some website owners even hire people to do the SEO chores for them just to maintain a good ranking on the search list of the search engines.
