Help me find a good Customer Relationship Management software

Hey all,

I need your help with finding the right Customer Relationship Management software for my friend's business. It's currently only 15 people but they plan on expanding in the upcoming months.

I don't have much experience with this software so I'm looking for some advice.

The requirements are:
- it has to be free (or at least have some sort of trial),
- suited for small to medium business.

I've looked at CRM software, FreeCRM, ZohoCRM, SuiteCRM - they all seem good and fit my friend's needs but I honestly can't tell the good ones from bad ones.

This is why I'd love some help, tips, and advice as to which CRM software would be the best choice! I really appreciate all the help.

CRM software usually help for the customer management. Also those software have the cloud functionality. And with management of the contacts and other resources, you can easily manage the software to give you good enough results. I think some people can also use them for lead management. I know SugarCRM is one such popular option in that case.

SugarCRM is an option that I currently use. So far my feedback has been positive on the software. I would highly recommend using this option.

There is also Zoho which is good and it is cloud based, Just like Sugar CRM. Though you can install sugarCRM on your desktop. But the price is free for both SugarCRM and Zoho. I'd suggest using Zoho if you have plans for the CRM. I can tell you that some of the time it does work.

I still have not heard that there is a form of software that is specially made for customer relationship management and that is why I'm glad that I came across this thread that you opened. I will have to check out the suggestions made by other members as well. It is interesting to try things out to improve customers' relationship.

This topic is new to me because this is the first time that I’ve read about customer relationship management. From what I understand with the term, it is the skills that you need in handling customers to your business. Am I right on that? But having a software for that is alien to me because I could not comprehend how you can use a software to manage your relationship with customers.
