Notifications don't always show

Is it just me or is anyone else having a problem with the notifications system on here. I been getting order's which I didn't know I had as no notification popped up .
Which this made me late with orders so I have to keep checking in my seller section to see if I have new orders as they don't always show up.

Is anyone else having the same issues, ??

They are working here too mate no problems. I don't get a "pop up" unless I click on the Alerts tab if alerts are showing. Otherwise it just takes me to the alerts page. And I've been getting emails just fine too. Just check that you're not blocking seoclerks domain in your browser to make sure as I've known people to accidentally do that! ;)

This reminds me of a feature suggestion I was going to make as well actually. New order email notifications only tell you that you have a new order. But it would be nice if they also told you about any extras the buyer has made with that order too. I don't always check right away and visit the order link, but I would if I knew it was a big order lol.

I'll submit it as a feature suggestion.

I can't say I have had any kind of problem with mine, the only problem I had unfortunately was I had so many alerts come in at once yesterday and emails I missed one email myself that told me someone commented on my service so I was a little late responding but all alerts that I know of seem to be coming through fine.

Are you still having the same problem moneybags? If you are still getting the same problem try contacting SEOClerks and see if they can help you rectify the problem. Fingers crossed you either have it sorted or you get it sorted!

Thank you all for your replies , It seems to be working fine now . Not sure why it did that but its all good now .
