    Hi Newxal you can sign up to an advertiser and be a publisher for them and then put their ads on your site and then buy the traffic to your site and then earn from the CPM/CPC of those ads. But not all advertisers pay by CPM and/or CPC so you'll need to find one that does. And not all advertisers allow you to buy traffic as well depending where it's coming from and by who. Most of them would want you to buy traffic from them but then most of them that do provide traffic to don't let you use their ads on the same site you're buying it for.

    But this is known as traffic arbitrage and it's the art and science to finding a good advertiser and then a good traffic source and then bringing them together to try and earn more back through what the traffic earned you than you spent on the actual traffic itself.
