And also if the buyer is very unresponsive and not accepting your cancel request. You can always open a support ticket with staff letting them know and politely asking if they can force cancel it for you and they may look into it for you and do that for you.

Mike. Hi Arimali, you can't leave your review (rating) for the order until the seller has delivered it. What you can do is request a Mutual Cancel request from within the order requesting to mutually cancel the order so that you get your money back. After this though you wont be able to leave any feedback for it as the service was not delivered to you and is canceled. That is about all that you can really do. You are entitled to post a message on their actual service though but not if the order itself has been canceled as there is no real reason to. Although you are also entitled to post a comment or question on their service in the description are you should always keep this professional. And also if the buyer is very unresponsive and not accepting your cancel request.
