My response time has always been between 1 and 2 days, and I was really unhappy with this. I made it a point to reply quickly to messages, and to be responsive even more than before. I checked this morning and I was pleased to note that my response time had gone down to 13 hours. Then, after about 6 hours I checked again and was so happy to see that it went down to 10hours! This is the lowest it ever was! I am sure there are many of you who have even better response times, but I am thrilled with this improvement I made and had to share this!

Hehe yeah, that was awesome. Since I wrote the first reply, my response time has gone up even more, so now I'm at 12 hours though. A long way to go, if I want to reach my 20 minutes again :D

Congrats Elite that's great! Well done. There are some things you can do to decrease your response time there. I got it down from 14 hours to just 2 hours. And that lasted for quite a well. But now my response time has gone up a little more to 6 hours. I think it's something to do with my time zone and all those clients placing orders or updating them when I'm sleeping and not being able to update them right away.
It would be nice if we could set an auto update so that when you're not online or have logged off for the night, it auto responds for you to say thanks for the update and that you'll respond to it asap. I guess that would make a nice feature and help to decrease the response time too or it might not have to be taken into consideration for response time when it's activated else everyone would use it to decrease their response time even though they're not actually doing it lol if that makes sense. :)

xD, when we used to sell on seoclerks (now we don't, we have our own site) our response time used to be less than 1 hours (27-52 minutes) :)

I was down to 20 minutes at one point but nowadays I'm at 6 hours. As I'm not an active seller now, I don't actually care about it, but I'd definitely recommend to reduce the response time to all the sellers, as that will help you to get sales further on.
