    If i will not withdraw even 1 time, should i will be promoted ?

    i am on level 1 and i've completed 9 sale and 10th is in progress.. if i will not withdraw should i be promoted to level 2 or i've to withdraw once ?

    i guess you should atleast withdraw once before you get promoted .... this is to ensure your credibility If i will not withdraw even 1 time, should i will be promoted ?

    You must to complete all this requirements to promote to level 2:
    Completed 10 Orders on time
    Have a 90% rating or higher
    Answered or asked 20 SEO Questions in the FAQ
    Have no Infractions (follow the rules)
    Login Often (once per 14 days)
    Account is at least 7 days
    Completed 1 Payment Withdrawal that is 20 days old
    First Completed Sale is at least 30 days old
